Prolongation of contract
On the 22-nd of November, 2011, pharmaceutical company MEDARGO LTD (Russia) and NORTHERN JINCHENG MEDIC CO., LTD (China) agreed to prolong the contract for delivery of disposable syringes, disposable infusion sets and disposable transfusion sets for a term of one year.
Signing of a Contract
On the 14 of Deсember, 2011 the Contract for delivery of ghips bandages was signed between “MEDARGO” LTD (Russia) and GHIPS-BIRUINTA S.R.L. (Moldova) for 1 year.
On the 9 th of February, 2012 the first lot of ghips bandages was delivered on our warehouse.

On the 1-st of Decrmber, 2011, the contract for delivery of disposable syringes and disposable infusion sets was signed between MEDARGO LTD (Russia) and Huaian City Hengchun Medical Product Co.,Ltd. (China) for a term of two years.

Pharmaceutical company “MEDARGO” Ltd after a half-year registration period at MOH of Russia received a Registration Certificate on needles:

- epidural needles manufactured by well-known and high-qualified manufacturer “Tae-Chang Industrial Co., Ltd”, Korea.

December, 2011 Pharmaceutical company “MEDARGO” Ltd took part at the major Russian Exhibition of Heath Care, Medicine and Medical Equipment “ Zdravookhranenie 2010”.
As expected it became a focal point of the week for different representatives of medicine all over the world. Thus it gave an opportunity for MEDARGO to carry out a range of negotiations with European and Asian suppliers: “Helm Medical Gmbh” (Germany), “Top Glove SDN BHD” (Malaysia), “Hongda Medical” (China), “Lakhani Medicare Pvt. Ltd” (India), “Tianjin Medical Equipment Co.,Ltd” (China), “ Zhejiang Huafu Medical Equipment., Ltd” (China).
During two-days negotiations were discussed the following issues, as: product registration, documentation, contract signing, volume forecast for 2011, orders volume, transportation scheme, price overview, package characteristics, etc.
Besides, this year “Zdravookhranenie 2010” has attracted numerous new foreign companies who start making steps forward to make themselves known in the territory of Russia. MEDARGO was glad to communicate and accord special priority to the issue of assortment widening.
All in all “Zdravookhranenie” once again proves the general meaning as a fruitful platform for meetings, discussion and supporting of business relations.
In conclusion MEDARGO applies forces for prospective cooperation in future and will be eager to carry out the similar practice for the next year.
